I’m from out of town, delivered a vehicle next to their food trailer. They were ALL very friendly, answered questions, didn’t seem to mind waiting on me to decide. No clue what the strawberry drink is made from but the large is definetly large24-32oz easily. Three steak tacos were AMAZING!!! I’d say they are 4-6 bites each. Best part is that you can buy one, or ten, only cost $2.25 each. They have several picnic tables to sit at, garbage can. They keep the tables clean.
My friend recommended this place and I’m so glad I visited! I tried birria and lengua tacos and they were amazing! I like their green sauce. They have few picnic tables on site if you starving and want to eat your tacos straight away. I will definitely come back .
Very good place to try if you're in the Grand Prairie area. Great food truck food without all the hassle. Delicious tacos and the freshest fruit drinks there are. I would choose these drinks over a soda, any day. We tried some birria, cabeza, and al pastor tacos. They were all delicious. The red salsa was the perfect level of spicy, in my opinion. I don't believe I've tried a dry roasted pepper sauce in the 'taco scene'. They're mostly jalapeño and habernero salsas, and their roasted pepper salsa was pretty good. We also, ordered a melon drink. It was a wonderful refreshing drink. I wish I had ordered a watermelon drink, too. Sad that I didn't. If you are in the area, go try them out!
If you find yourself in Grand Prairie near the intersection of Warrior and Pioneer, tucked behind Reino Cleaners, you'll discover Tacos Chava, a hidden gem of a family-run food truck. Over the past 10 days, I've visited four times: twice for their Fish Friday tacos and twice for their birria tacos. The consomé accompanying the birria tacos features tender beef chunks, with a velvety and rich flavor that isn't overly salty. The fish in the fish tacos is cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside, and the slaw is absolutely delicious. The addition of a lime wedge enhances the flavor of the slaw, which is topped with a creamy sauce that complements every bite. I highly recommend supporting local businesses, especially if you're a Grand Prairie resident like myself. However, even if you're just passing through the area, a visit to the family-owned Chava business is well worth it!
I just left here a few moments ago and when I tell u as soon as the aroma hit the inside of my car when I drove off, I said “yeah these quesabarria tacos going to be fire” and sure enough.. the best tacos I’ve had in my entire life. The meat was a 10-10 even though I felt like it should’ve been a little more in them but they were still fire, the cheese was good, the consume, is the most flavorful consume I’ve ever had and consume usually be bland but theirs was sooooo good, ima drink the remaining as a soup later lol. Good customer service. The kid taking my order was just so kind! 10/10!!!! Yall will deff see me again soon
Amazing service and great food. Don't miss out on this highy recommended
Food was so good! Tacos were 10/10. Had plenty of meat. Will DEFINITELY be back! Tacos were very affordable. Forgot to take pictures before digging in lol pictures don't do it justice.
Good food, I like my quesabirras a little on the crispy side but they were really good. I ordered them without the consome, simply because I didn't want to get too messy ( plan to try it later). I gave it a 4 only because I know my review might go up or down depending on the next meal. I'm a big taco fanatic, and if you read my reviews a difficult person to please. I'll be back, to try the rest of the menu but mainly for the tacos. (I like fresh flour tortillas not sure if they sell them but if they do they might just get a 5 star rating.)
